Missing the part of the DC power cord that connects to the vehicle battery, but the fused end with connector remains. Unable to test without appropriate test equipment. No apparent flaws, dings, abrasions, or anything to indicate this unit was ever used nor installed in a vehicle. Accessories are still wrapped in mfr packaging. The plastic film on face plate remains undisturbed . The included manual has notations that indicate programming had been started or that a class on programming it had been taken by original owner. Item listed as used but the original owner indicated it had never been turned on. However, the seller cannot assure the buyer the item will operate as advertised.
