  • Condition: This Vintage TUMICO 75-12 Vernier Caliper with Nib Style Jaws, 0-12" Range, .001" is used and in fair condition. It has areas of surface rust that were cleaned by a previous owner. It also has 4 letters engraved by a previous owner. The jaws don't show any daylight when closed together at the "0" mark. One side of the caliper is calibrated for outside measurements and the other side is calibrated for inside measurements. The caliper functions properly with a fine adjustment and two lock down knurled threaded knobs. The caliper is stamped with the "TUMICO" rounded corner rectangular logo Inside the rectangle it is stamped "TUBULAR MICROMETER CO." above "TUMICO" and below it is "ST. JAMES MINN.". Below the rectangle it is stamped "REG. U.S. PAT. OFF. and below that "75 - 12".
