No mounting screws or other hardware included.
No markings or makers mark.
Screw spread is 3-7/8
Fork is 1-1/8" from bottom of insert.
Slot opening needs to be 7/16"X4-5/16", (the insert is a little smaller 0.43 inch X 4.28 inch).
If slot is to small, opening can be enlarged with a round and flat metal file.
Color is bronze.
Non handed, reversible.
