Rochester #16 double hung window tape balances, new old stock, for 14 -16# sash. One pair (2 pieces) new old stock vintage tape balances for double hung windows. Marked for use with lower sash. rated for 14 - 16# sash weight. Cast iron case with lacquered finish, brass tape, steel hook. Both reels extend and retract, approximately 32" maximum extension (maybe more, I didn't want to force them), should suit a window height up to about 66" total opening (top & bottom sash). Face plate measures 1-1/4 x 5-1/2", hole spacing about 4-7/8", cut out for case should be about 3-1/2" high x 3-1/2" deep. New old stock, no box or other container. Label reads:
