Replacement Vibroplex bug paddle/knob finger pieces made of maple- CW, Ham radio

Description

This paddle and knob set is made from quilted maple wood laser cut, and in the case of the knob, birch ply laminated and turned to size.
The hole spacing on the paddle is 7/16 inch; the edge hole is sized to pass a 6-32 screw, while the inner one is sized to a pass an 8-32 screw.  These could fit classic Vibroplex products such the Original, Champion, or Lightning Bug or even homebrew keys.  Some adjustment of hole size or spacing may be needed in your non-Vibroplex application.  An easily reversible modification that customizes your bug.  Shown in the last 3 photos is what a typical paddle (ash in this case)
and knob
looks like on my Champion.  The key is not included in the sale, of course.  Note that each knob is assembled and turned by hand and there are small variations in size from the original.  The set will be sent with the set screw removed for safer shipping.  Once you have assembled it, a drop of low strength thread locker can be used to hold the set screw in position if you desire.  Please email me if you have any questions and thanks for looking!
