The reverse shows a central image of a runner with surrounding lettering: STEVEN GACHUPIN, RECORD HOLDER, DISTANCE 26.8 MILES, TIME 3:50.5, RECORD SET 3-20-67. Struck in brass with a plain edge. Brilliant Uncirculated as issued in 1967.
