IC-706 HF VHF Transceiver HAM RADIO USED / UNTESTED

Hi everyone since am not going to be getting my Ham ticket and not going to bother with radios selling off most or all today for sale is a ICOM IC 706 this radio does need a new home comes with a ICOM HM-95 Mic with the keypad on the back sorry forgot about that pic. Also in a box well used but has all of the hardware, ICOM MB-62  mobile mounting Bracket. now here is the part which I need to give the best details I can. pick this up a while ago on the auction. seller did forget about a few details like there is a glaze or a spot on the display screen really can not see it that much but when the radio is on can see some, of it but really small. and also forgot to tell me or I don't recall seeing any pics with the writing on the base of the radio case and the display control panel. ok as you will see in the pics about the details of this item.  now here is the bad part well not really bad but need to say I LOST THE POWER CORD for this radio. or misplaced it, there is no manual or box for the radio. when I had the power cord seems to work ok but lost the cable. SO SELLING THIS ICOM IC 706  # 10179 WITH THE HM-95 MIC AND THE MB-62 BRACKET  "AS IS" NON-WORKING FOR PARTS UNTESTED DUE TO THE PART SWAPPERS AS IS no returns no refunds  as is sell all sales are final.  USA BIDDERS ONLY.
