This pretty medallion is a 2008 Brookgreen Gardens Medal
that was the 36th of the prestigious Brookgreen Gardens member medals that was issued.
The obverse shows an image of an owl in flight (designed/owned by CASANOVA 2008 ©), and the reverse displays an image of a horseshoe crab with "Brookgreen Gardens South Carolina" around the top. The rim of the medallion displays "2008 Medallic Art Co. Dayton NV - Bronze".
The medal measures 76mm in diameter and was produced by the Medallic Art Company.
